Website & Rental Terms and Conditions

Effective date: September 30, 2026

These terms describe website use, quotes, reservations, payments, and rental services provided by The Party Network LLC, doing business as The Party Network Austin (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please review them, our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy, and your order documents before booking or paying.

1. Quotes, availability, and booking confirmation

A quote, shopping-cart selection, availability display, or request submitted through our website does not by itself reserve equipment or confirm a booking. Equipment, event dates, service areas, and setup arrangements remain subject to our confirmation.

Unless we approve different terms in writing, a reservation requires a signed Rental Agreement, payment in full of the amount shown on the order, and our written booking confirmation. Any approved alternative payment terms must be documented in writing. If you book for a business, school, church, or other organization, you must be authorized to act for that organization.

2. Prices, payments, and order changes

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Your itemized quote or order identifies the equipment, quantities, rental period, services, delivery and setup charges, applicable taxes, any separately identified refundable damage deposit, and the total amount due. Only the items and services expressly listed are included.

Pricing is based on the event details provided. Changes to quantities, rental duration, location, delivery access, setup requirements, staffing, or requested services may require a revised quote. Additional charges will be disclosed for approval before booking; later changes require written agreement. Pay using a method offered through the secure payment link or checkout we provide. Any additional payment required for an approved change will be shown on the revised order.

3. Delivery, setup, rental period, and pickup

We provide delivery, setup, and pickup unless your confirmed order expressly states otherwise. The scheduled customer use period and agreed delivery and pickup arrangements are shown on your order or confirmed separately in writing. Setup and removal may take place outside the customer use period.

Provide accurate event details, a reachable event contact, clear access, and any gate or venue instructions. An authorized contact must be available for the required setup and safety walkthrough. Equipment must remain at the approved location and be available for pickup as agreed. Our mailing address is not an equipment pickup or return location.

4. Site, utilities, permissions, and anchoring

You must provide the suitable space, access, utilities, and venue permissions assigned to you in the order and setup instructions. Disclose slopes, overhead obstacles, ground conditions, access restrictions, and known hazards before setup. Provide information about private irrigation, septic systems, buried lines, and other private underground facilities in the proposed setup area.

We determine the final equipment placement and approved installation and anchoring method. We handle required utility notification for our own staking work and will not stake where a facility’s location remains uncertain. When agreed water ballast is used, provide the assigned water source unless your order includes that service. Responsibility for event-specific permits or other requirements must be identified in your order or agreed instructions. Each party remains responsible for its own applicable legal duties.

5. Equipment use, supervision, and safety

Follow the equipment-specific operating instructions, posted limits, and safety directions provided with your rental. Required attentive adult supervision must be maintained whenever an attraction is operating. Company-provided attendants are included only when expressly listed on your order; otherwise, the staffing responsibilities stated in your rental agreement apply.

Do not move, modify, dismantle, repair, disconnect, or change installed equipment, anchors, ballast, or supplied connections without our authorization. Stop use immediately when conditions become unsafe, including unsafe wind, lightning, flooding, equipment damage, or loss of power or inflation. Clear participants, follow the supplied shutdown instructions, and contact us promptly. We may decline an unsafe setup or stop unsafe operation.

6. Cancellations, rescheduling, weather, and refunds

Our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy explains customer cancellation deadlines, rescheduling, Company cancellations, weather interruptions, rental returns, consumables, refundable damage deposits, and refund processing.

Weather-related cancellation before delivery and weather-related interruption after delivery begins have different treatment under that policy. After-delivery weather credits apply to affected equipment and eligible lost use; services already performed remain payable as explained in the policy. A customer’s decision not to use delivered, usable equipment does not by itself create a refund or credit.

Request a cancellation or change by emailing support@thepartynetworkaustin.com with your name, order number, event date, and requested change. For urgent requests, also call (737) 406-9599. Changes are subject to availability and written confirmation.

7. Equipment condition, damage, and additional charges

Review the setup with our team and promptly report a missing, incorrect, damaged, or malfunctioning item. Stop using equipment that may be unsafe. We will assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or other appropriate resolution where possible. Refunds for equipment or services we fail to provide are addressed in the Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

Take reasonable care of rented equipment and keep it secure until pickup. Charges for missing items, damage beyond ordinary wear, extraordinary cleaning, or customer-caused pickup delays must be supported by your rental agreement and disclosed rates or a separate written agreement. We will provide an itemized explanation of such charges. A refundable damage deposit applies only when separately identified on your order and is handled under the published refund policy.

8. Website use and information

Use this website for lawful inquiries and transactions, provide accurate information, and submit only information you are authorized to provide. Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website’s operation. Product descriptions and images help you select rentals; confirm any feature, dimension, compatibility, or setup requirement essential to your event before booking.

Personal information submitted through the website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Text-message communications are addressed in our Text Messaging Terms. Optional marketing-text consent is separate from your rental booking.

9. Your rental documents and later updates

Your confirmed order, signed Rental Agreement, equipment-specific instructions, and policies supplied at booking describe the terms for your event. These website terms provide a general explanation of our booking and rental process. An order-specific exception applies only when clearly disclosed and agreed in writing before booking. Please ask us to resolve any inconsistency before signing or paying.

We may update these website terms for future transactions. The effective date above identifies this version. Later website changes do not alter an existing booking without agreement. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
