Text Messaging Terms

Effective date: September 25, 2026

These Text Messaging Terms explain text messages sent by The Party Network Austin, operated by The Party Network LLC. Our texting number is (737) 406-9599.

Types of messages

If you ask us to contact you by text or provide your number in connection with an inquiry or reservation, we may send messages about your request, quote, booking, payment, delivery, setup, event, or customer support. If you separately opt in to promotional texts, we may also send offers, announcements, and other marketing messages from The Party Network Austin. Agreeing to promotional texts is optional and is not a condition of requesting a quote or making a purchase.

Consent and frequency

You may opt in where an optional text messaging choice is offered on our website or by another method that clearly asks for your permission. Message frequency varies with your inquiries, bookings, and any promotional program you choose to join. We may use automated technology to send messages. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in promotional texts.

Rates, help, and cancellation

Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Reply STOP to a message to opt out of messages from that texting program. Reply HELP for help, call (737) 406-9599, or email support@thepartynetworkaustin.com. After you opt out, you may receive a confirmation message. To ask about a reservation after opting out, contact us by phone or email.

Privacy and delivery

We use your mobile number and messaging consent as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile numbers or text opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is subject to network availability.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. For questions about our text messaging, contact The Party Network Austin at support@thepartynetworkaustin.com or (737) 406-9599.
