Surface & anchoring requirements
Safe installation starts with the correct anchoring method. Please confirm the setup surface and venue requirements before your event.
Grass or Soil
Tents are secured with stakes when ground conditions and venue rules allow staking. Please identify irrigation, utilities, and other underground obstructions before installation.
Hard Surfaces
Concrete, asphalt, and other non-stakeable surfaces require water-ballast anchoring instead of ground stakes.
On-Site Water Source
Water-ballast installations require an accessible water source at the event site for filling the ballast containers.
Important: Staked installations require underground utility clearance. Contact Texas811 at least two business days before setup. Because 811 may not identify privately owned irrigation, septic, pool, propane, water, sewer, or electrical lines, the customer or venue must disclose and clearly mark them. Water-ballast installation may be required when safe staking cannot be confirmed. Final placement remains subject to site access, weather, venue approval, and safe anchoring conditions. Tables and chairs are rented separately.

How do I know which tent size I need?
Guest count is the starting point, but tables, chairs, dance floors, stages, catering, and lounge areas also affect the footprint. Share your layout goals and we’ll help narrow the options.
Do you deliver and install the tent?
Yes. Tent rentals include coordinated professional delivery and installation. Final requirements depend on the venue, surface, access, and event schedule.
Can tents be installed on different surfaces?
Many locations can accommodate a tent, but grass, concrete, asphalt, utilities, irrigation, and underground restrictions can change the installation method. We’ll review the site details with you.
Can I add tables, chairs, lighting, staging, or flooring?
Yes. We can coordinate supporting rentals to create a cohesive event setup and simplify your planning.
